Where do we meet our driver at the airport and cruise terminals?

Domestic Terminal
Our driver will be waiting at the baggage carousel of your flight holding a sign with your name.

International Terminal
Our driver will wait at the McDonalds holding a sign with your name. When coming out of airport gates veer right and walk to McDonalds.

Cruise Terminals
We will wait in the bus bay at 9:00am. Please notify cruise staff that your transport will arrive at this time
We will wait until 9:15am holding a sign with your name..

What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

Please notify us as soon as possible if there are any cancellations to your flight.
For delayed flights, please also notify us if possible, however our drivers keep aware of the status of all incoming flights.

Can you smoke or drink alcohol on the bus?

Alcohol and smoking of any kind (including vape) are not permitted.
Tiger Shuttles reserves the right to refuse to transport any person whose behaviour is considered to be abusive and could pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passengers.

Do you have seats for young children and babies?

We have a range of baby capsules, baby seats and boosters available.
These can be selected when making your booking.
